CYM undertakes to provide quality service that will take the hassle factor out of owning a vessel basing in the Caribbean. Specifically we will facilitate the safe-keeping and management of your yacht in the Virgin Islands. We will do this by providing efficient and economical services to include general management, crew placement, term charter, maintenance, group Insurance and Hurricanisation.

Owners Perks
We are excited to offer just about any holiday package you would like. Apart from the monthly maintenance and management costs, you can either sacrifice time to generate revenue for the yacht, in the way of paying charters, or you can have your yacht at your beck and call.

The important issue is that we take on the responsibility of taking care of your investment with tailor made packages to suite your needs. It is important for us to find out from you what you would like to achieve from a financial and operational point of view. Based on this we will then put together a plan which is specifically designed to help you reach your goal.

When you come down to sail your boat we can organize to have a crew look after you during your stay or organize to provision and clean if you wish to sail her by yourself. We can also organize to deliver your boat to just about any destination in the Caribbean Island chain provided certain safety standards are met.

Budget & Contracts
A standard contract is available on request. Each standard contract is also tailor suited to each individual owners specific requirements and the vessels planned operation. An example yearly budget for a managed yacht, as well as a charter yacht is also available on request.

These budgets are determined using specific vessel operating information (systems operated onboard, maintenance requirements, crew requirements) and experience gained from years of chartering. An evaluation of each project will result in a fair estimate of yearly costs.

Insurance & Documentation
CYM is proud to offer group insurance through a leading Caribbean insurance provider. This company presently provides coverage to a majority of Caribbean based yachts. An evaluation and quotation available on request.

CYM also offers a flagging and documentation service to all managed yachts. This service will result in trouble free importation and chartering (if requested) of your vessel without the red tape involved with establishing a local company and trade license. This service also includes the application for, and managing of crew work permit approval.

Hurricane Plan
CYM offers an industry accepted hurricane plan for each of it's managed yachts. The main aim of each tailored plan is the safety of the managed vessel in the event of a named storm. Towards this aim CYM will be able to help establish a plan to suit your needs.

Refit Management
CYM presently offers a service that will ensure the management of your vessel during a refit. This ensures most importantly the management of your FINANCES and secondly the proper completion of projects.

A well engineered and documented work plan, and the correct hiring and controlling of contractors is essential. CYM through our network of known contractors and experience in yacht refit can offer this plan.
