Our mission is thus to provide an efficient, cost effective range of services to both the crew and owner alike. Crew Placement
CYM offers a Caribbean based crew placement service. One of the few professional well priced operations in the Caribbean region. Our aim is to provide a suitable range of Captains, Chefs, Mates, Engineers and Stewards to the respective owners and management companies.

We also provide an important service for experienced and new crew who are seeking temporary or permanent placement in the industry.
